Egg Nog Cake

Ingredients

1 package of yellow cake mix
1 (4 serving size) package instant vanilla pudding
3/4 cup egg nog
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg

Directions

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, egg nog and oil.  Beat at low speed until moistened.  Add eggs and spice and beat on medium-high for 4 minutes.

2. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch fluted pan or use mini-bundt pans.

3.  Bake 40 to 45 minutes for 10 inch pan, 35 minutes for mini-bundt pans or until wooden pick inserted comes out clean.

4.  Cool, remove from pan.

Optional Additions

Frosting with 2 Tablespoons of eggnog
Chocolate
Powdered Sugar
Rum
