
1 cup low-fat sour cream
2 Tablespoon grated Parmesan, or your favorite cheese
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 clove garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together, put into a pint canning jar and shake for 10 seconds.
